German Constitutional Court rejects complaint regarding Armenian Genocide recognition

The Constitutional Court of Germany rejected Turkish lawyer Ramazan Akbashiթ§Չ‚-Չ„§s complaint on cancelling the Bundestag decision on recognizing the Armenian Genocide, Doghan reports. թ§Չ‚-ժ“The Constitutional Court gave the following response:

թ§Չ‚-ժ“The Constitutional Court didnթ§Չ‚-Չ„§t accept the complaint for study. The plaintiff hasnթ§Չ‚-Չ„§t presented enough grounds regarding the violation of fundamental rights or equivalent to it.թ§Չ‚-Թ We already have the Courtթ§Չ‚-Չ„§s ruling,թ§Չ‚-Թ Akbash said.

The German Parliament recognized the Armenian Genocide on June 2, 2016.
