Azerbaijani media spread misinformation on alleged adoption of a document by German Bundestag, backing the Azerbaijani version of the Aghdam events of February 1992, named as \u0569\u00a7\u0549\u0082-\u056a\u0093Khojaly events\u0569\u00a7\u0549\u0082-\u0539\u009d by Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n
Azerbaijani sources cite the press service of Azerbaijan\u0569\u00a7\u0549\u0082-\u0549\u0084\u00a7s MFA, saying that allegedly the document was adopted based on a petition to Bundestag from the Germany-Azerbaijan Society.<\/p>\n
However, the European Center for Artsakh (EUCFA) confirmed the report as false.<\/p>\n
EUCFA took screenshots of all petitions on the Bundestag website, revealing that no petition on Khojaly had been posted as of February 26, 2012.<\/p>\n
