YEREVAN.- Glorification of Ramil Safarov is beyond the European values, Germany\u0569\u00a7\u0549\u0082-\u0549\u0084\u00a7s Ambassador to Armenia Reiner Morell told reporters on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
\u0569\u00a7\u0549\u0082-\u056a\u0093Safarov\u0569\u00a7\u0549\u0082-\u0549\u0084\u00a7s case contradicts international standards,\u0569\u00a7\u0549\u0082-\u0539\u009d he said expressing regret that the position of Germany and the EU did not focus on the fact that a gross violation of international law took place as \u0569\u00a7\u0549\u0082-\u056a\u0093regional stability and peace is very important for us, and the EU first of all.\u0569\u00a7\u0549\u0082-\u0539\u009d<\/p>\n
He stressed that Germany realizes the importance of the issue. The reason for EU\u0569\u00a7\u0549\u0082-\u0549\u0084\u00a7s wordings lays in aspiration not to lead to further deterioration of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n
Ambassador stressed there may be an impression that the incident is not important for Germany but it is not so.<\/p>\n
Reiner Morell noted that the incident will greatly damage the image of Azerbaijan and Baku\u0569\u00a7\u0549\u0082-\u0549\u0084\u00a7s further actions must be assessed taking into account the recent developments.<\/p>\n
