He said, Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan. թ§Չ-ժToday it is a developing democratic country and can even give democracy lessons to Azerbaijan.թ§Չ-Թ
Referring to the possible resumption of war, Sharmazanov said that Azerbaijan will not start war, otherwise Armenian army can reach up to Kura and Araks.
